I recently took my favorite pair of boots to this shoe repair shop, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! What a gem of a place! I was so pleased with my experience at this shoe repair shop. I brought my leather dress shoes that were scuffed and in desperate need of a refurbish. The service was prompt, and the staff was absolutely delightful. They really know their craft! They not only buffed out the scuffs but also polished them to a shine that I didn't think was possible anymore. The price for the service was super reasonable considering the quality of the work done. I do think they could improve by offering a more defined timeline for repairs, as I was eager to know when to expect my beloved shoes back. Nonetheless, I left feeling like I had a brand new pair of shoes and will surely be coming back for all my future shoe repair needs!
